Keep your crystals looking their best by:
- Avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Avoiding submersion in water to maintain crystal integrity
- Using lightly damp microfibre cloth to dust and polish
Variation in Crystals?
Crystals are natural minerals that are 100% unique in crystalline composure; therefore no two Aethereal crystals will be the same.
Please be aware as natural objects, the appearance and size of our crystals can vary slightly from the images shown. Crystals may contain tiny fissures, inclusions, and slightly different colour and striation patterns.
Our products are hand-cut so we are only able to guarantee a range for size, weight, and colour for each product. While we strive for consistency across our kits, please be aware that there will be variation due to the nature of crystals, particularly in raw and semi-polished crystals.
My Crystal Arrived Broken
Unfortunately, accidents happen and we do our best to ensure each and every item finds itself to you in perfect condition.
If your crystal has arrived broken, please email us with your order number # and a photo of its condition to info@myaethereal.com, so we can replace your crystal.
Is Your Packaging Environmentally Conscious?
Our packaging is designed with FSC paper and no glue to be as sustainable as possible.
FSC® certified paper is paper that has been guaranteed to have been harvested and produced in a responsible manner. Our packaging is also accepted in most curbside recycling programs.
