What is order processing time?

Although we strive to ship orders same-day/next day, order processing time is 3-5 business days from the time of payment. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping when you spend the following:

Free shipping on CANADA orders over $75 CAD

Free shipping on USA orders over $75 USD

Can I rush my order? 

Yes, please contact us by email at hello@myaethereal.com. Please note, rushing your order will cost a one time fee of $5. 

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Once shipped, we have no control over the speed of the post office. Majority of shipments shipped by standard shipping arrive to their destination in North America within 1-2 weeks and Internationally between 2-3 weeks.

Will I be charged customs?

For orders to Canada, there are no customs charges. For anything outside of Canada, you may or may not be charged customs depending on the laws of the destination country. Please note we do not have any control over customs charges that are incurred.

Pre-order shipments

Please note that any orders that include a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you do not want to delay your other items, please make sure to order any pre-order items as a separate order.
