Our products are made to inspire, beautify, and aid you in your day-to-day life, if you’re not entirely happy with an item, we are able to return or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

All returns must be in the same condition as it was received. Once we have received the item at our workshop, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you are hoping to exchange an item, please email us at info@myaethereal.com and include the order number, what you are returning, and the product(s) you would like to exchange for. Items for exchange must be in the same condition as you received them.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
